Shipping Information
Pond Lake Management usually ships orders via UPS or Federal Express. Postal Service. Standard shipping typically takes between 4 to 5 business days depending on your location in the continental U.S., longer for Alaska and Hawaii. Be aware, that floating fountains and aerators may take additional time to manufacture and ship. Additional charges may apply for products over 150 pounds that require LTL freight delivery. Some chemicals also require ahipment on LTL carrier, which will length the delivery time.
Most of our products are drop shipped directly from their manufacturer. Depending on the time of year, manufacturers have varying processing times for their orders. April through August are the typical months where we are the busiest! As always, you can call us with any further questions you have!
Order Details
Fountains and other Pond Care products typically ship in multiple boxes. For example, when ordering a fountain with lighting kits, the fountain will come directly from the manufacturers warehouse. The lighting kit may come directly from the same warehouse or a different address in a separate box.
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered by USPS or FedEx at our regular shipping and processing fees, but will have extra shipping charges.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Address changes after the order leaves our warehouse, UPS will charge a minimum $10 fee plus all additional shipping charges. LTL carriers charge a minimum $50 fee plus any appropriate additional freight charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

Cancelled Orders
Any orders placed online that are later cancelled by customers, will be subject to a 5% processing fee. Customers are responsible for all orders that are shipped, we cannot accept returns/refunds on products that have been shipped.
